Prior to Sandfox Advisors, he led corporate development and M&A pipelines for publicly traded IT services firms and digital media networks. He has scaled and exited consumer and digital ventures—architecting digital programs, driving revenue growth in turnaround assets, and optimizing margins to maximize exit valuations. His cross-functional expertise has made him a sought-after voice in the industry, with frequent speaking engagements including SaaSTR, Data Con LA, NamesCon, TRAFFIC, and Ad-Tech.
Ari holds a Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.
