Matei Sanders
Managing Partner
Matei has been advising clients as an investment banker and consultant and for 20+ years. He founded Sandfox Advisors in 2019 after more than a decade at Petsky Prunier (now Canaccord Genuity), AGC Partners, Jefferies, and J.P. Morgan.
Earlier in his career, he was a technology consultant at Deloitte and Provenir, active in both the U.S. and Europe. He has degrees from Cornell University and NYU’s Stern School of Business.
Ken Harada
Managing Director
Ken has advised on $100+ billion of M&A and financing transactions in Consumer and Technology. As the founder of Hudson Murray, he and his team partner with Sandfox on selected eCommerce transactions. Prior to Hudson Murray, Ken was Head of eCommerce at Guggenheim Securities, and previously a senior banker at Lehman Brothers / Barclays.
Ken has a degree from Columbia University in New York.
Marc Flor
Managing Director
Marc has 20+ years of M&A experience across marketing services & technology, digital advertising, eCommerce, and media. Prior to Sandfox, Marc was Co-Head of TMT at Berkery Noyes for three years, spent 12+ years at Petsky Prunier (now Canaccord Genuity), and began his career at Coady Diemar Partners.
Marc has a degree in Finance from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
Ari Bayme
Managing Director
Ari has three decades experience as a strategic advisor, investor, and operator in Technology and Media. He has led 30+ transactions across four continents, including as an executive with Defy Media and Evolve Media. Ari founded Bikini Cleanse (sold) and led the recapitalization of Movie Times (sold).
Ari has a bachelor’s degree from NYU and JD from Cardozo School of Law.
JP Lanz

Juan Pablo (“JP”) has over seven years of experience as an investment banker. Prior to joining Sandfox, he was a Senior Associate at EY primarily focused on executing complex domestic and cross-border transactions. Previously, he was a private equity investor with GBM. Earlier in his career, he was an analyst at UBS and Evercore. He holds a degree in Finance from ITAM.
